Texas Motor Speedway doesn't do anything quietly. Rather than just bringing in a band to perform at its Chase race, they put the band to work. Foreigner has rewritten its '80s-high-school-parking-lot-staple "Hot Blooded" to include the track's slogan "No Limits," along with a few rewritten lyrics commemorating racing and speed and checkered flags and whatnot.
It's a nice idea, so perhaps other tracks ought to follow suit. "Stuck In The Middle With You" for Bristol ... "The Ants Go Marching" for Daytona and Talladega ... "Round and Round" for Martinsville ... "Ramble On" for Pocono ... "Blister in the Sun" for Phoenix ... run with it, friends.
